Ingredients:
- One red onion
 - 2 lbs hamburger meat
 - 1 can stewed tomatoes
 - 3 cans chili beans
 - 2 packets of Williams chili seasoning
 
- Brown hamburger
 - Drain meat and return to skillet
 - Chop onion (I usually chop the onion before browning the meat so it is ready to go)
 - Mix in onion and seasoning packets into skillet with meat
 - Fill 1 Williams packet with water and pour into mixture
 - Simmer 10 minute in skillet
 - In the mean time pour remaining beans and stewed tomatoes in a big pot
 - Once meat mixture has simmered mix in pot
 - Add water if it is too thick
 - Simmer chili until heated through and serve!
