Super Easy October Chili

Chili is just about our all time favorite meal around here and nothing is better than eating it on a cold night! So I whipped up a giant pot of my super easy chili  in about 20 minutes and enjoyed the rest of the night watching scary movies with my husband!

Ingredients:
  • One red onion
  • 2 lbs hamburger meat
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 3 cans chili beans
  • 2 packets of Williams chili seasoning
  1. Brown hamburger
  2. Drain meat and return to skillet
  3. Chop onion (I usually chop the onion before browning the meat so it is ready to go)
  4. Mix in onion and seasoning packets into skillet with meat
  5. Fill 1 Williams packet with water and pour into mixture
  6. Simmer 10 minute in skillet
  7. In the mean time pour remaining beans and stewed tomatoes in a big pot
  8. Once meat mixture has simmered mix in pot
  9. Add water if it is too thick
  10. Simmer chili until heated through and serve!
Thats it! It can't get much easier than that!
